We offer customers from the Republic of Ireland FREE Delivery* on orders over €60. Products must to be ordered before before 11am Monday to Thursday for a 5 working day delivery. Deliveries may arrive sooner or later than the 5 working days as specified
*We charge €5.00 for postage of purchases less than €60. During a sale we apply a €5 delivery charge, this delivery charge covers postage to ROI, NI &UK mainland customers. If a 'Lisa Lust List' product is added to your basket along with a sale item or automatically discounted item, a delivery charge applies. Our free delivery to items over €60 maybe with drawn without prior notice.
When should I expect my order?
You should receive your order within 2 working days as long as order is placed before 11am. If your item is a 'Preorder' then it will be delivered in the date stated on the product at Checkout.
DPD are our primary courier for Republic of Ireland and the UK. Once you place an order you will be sent a confirmation email to confirm the goods you ordered, you will receive a further email to notify you of dispatch, this email will include a tracking number for your goods.

We offer a FREE Click & Collect service at Murphys Shoes!
Place your order and select 'Click & Collect' at checkout - we aim to have your purchase ready for collection in our store within 24 hours.

How Long Do I Have to Return an Item?
Our policy lasts 10 days. On receipt of the returned good it must not exceed a 14 day period, if 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Sale Items can be returned to us within 10 days for a full refund. After this time a credit note will be issued.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Non-returnable items also include Gift Cards and Vouchers.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Returns from UK Mainland may incur export duties, these duties are to be paid by the customer returning the items.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Defective Product Exchanges

Unfortunately we do not cover the costs for returning your item to our store.
