When should I expectĀ my order?
You should receive your order within 2 working days as long as order is placed before 11am.Ā If your item is a 'Preorder' then it will be delivered in the date stated on the product at Checkout.
DPD are our primary courier for Republic of Ireland and the UK. Once you place an order you will be sent a confirmation email to confirm the goods you ordered, Ā you will receive a furtherĀ email to notify you ofĀ dispatch, this email will include a tracking number for your goods.

How Long Do I Have to Return an Item?Ā
Our policy lasts 10 days. On receipt of the returned good it must not exceed a 14 day period, if 14Ā days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we canāt offer you a refund or exchange.
Sale ItemsĀ can be returned to us within 10 days for a full refund. After this time a credit note will be issued.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Non-returnable items also include Gift Cards and Vouchers.Ā
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.Ā
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Ā
Returns from UK Mainland may incur export duties, these duties are to be paid by the customer returning the items.
Refunds

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
